Snack Bar Manager Job Description
REPORTS TO:
Head Chefs
JOB
SUMMARY: Schedule Pool Staff,
Maintain a cleaning schedule, Stock Product, Perform some inventory, Oversee
General Operations, be able to work any of the stations if necessary.
WORK PERFORMED (Includes but is not limited to):
1. Short order Cooking
2. Operate cash register
3. Make Deli Sandwiches
4. Deep Fryer Cooking
5. Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
6. Stocking Goods
7. Counting Inventory
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Organized
2. Proper Attitude
3. Level Headed
